This Chinese New Year postcard illustration was created for Sunnytreetop Cafe, featuring a charming and approachable snake. As my first time drawing a snake, I was excited to take on the challenge. To ensure the design was just right, I explored many references beforehand. Unlike other animals in the 12 Chinese zodiacs, the snake needed to appear cute and inviting rather than intimidating. Seeing the final illustration come to life was incredibly rewarding, and I had so much fun throughout the creative process.
